An update to the starter

After getting it to start we had more rain so it was another 2 weeks of not getting it out. Finally 2 weeks ago I was going to get it out. I'm not going to store it there again.

Just a final update everything is working fine. Really it never started this quick before. All in all, it wasn't as bad of a job as I expected.
Added a second ground using the topmost starter bolt...

Just an update I reinstalled the battery with the button pushed I'm getting 12.7 volts on the cable end. So I hooked up the starter with an external ground and it spins.
I didn't run an amp test...

Sounds like something to try tomorrow, it doesn't look like a huge job to remove the tank but I will have to drain it. I've removed the shelter before for filter changes just time-consuming.
