Yes, you can do all four while still on the bike. On my 86 Aspy, It would pop & backfire at low RPMs. Shimming cured that.

Most of the credit goes to the hosts of the four previous NASRs I have attended. I just followed their example. Without the attendees, The hosts job don't mean nothing.
