I want the newest, lowest mileage 1500 available in the US. I will pick it up myself. I think the headlights are purdy on 1500s.

Mine whined too but I finally figured out it was coming from the passenger (the wife). The faster I went, the louder the whine.

The kind I have fit between the engine guard rails. No drilling. It looks like the ones in your photo do to. When they fit between you can adjust them forward or back. Please don't drill holes....

Or do like some of do and put it in reverse, hold thecenter stand down, push the reverse button and back it on...but we have ride on/off center stands. :coollep:

Paul you need a couple of scrap 1800s now. Maybe you can put the headlights from the 1800 onto the 1100. :dude:
