Some people from our small town here in Ontario were selling their house in Fort Mac because of the slow down.They had it sold and were supposed to sign the papers tomorrow.Non-issue at this point.

My advice is to not just take everyone's word...

My advice is to not just take everyone's word about how wonderful the 1800 is.Put some miles on an 1800 before you get rid of the 1500 and then decide.
