Ill end up cutting out the under rails and making a wider ramp . Dont have time before this trip though .

Be out there 3 or 4 days then head back . I agree on the warmth from the wing . Iv got a couple days , i may still work on it . I gave it some thought today , the back of the trailer is about 8 " off...

In cars iv seen lots of problems with K&N . To much oil they mess up sensors , not enough oil on the filter they let dust right through .



No knowledge of them on bikes but over all i wouldnt...

No cage , a box . Taken the motor home . Wife can not take a ride of thatdistance . 1200 miles one way .



3or4 hundred miles a day would be more then she can deal with and we have a limited...

I forgot this one , i recently was pointed to a thread here that showed a guy cutting some of the bottom out of the seat , pull the seat and cut away some of the pan underneath , it helped by sitting...

Regarding advice , watch some of the " ride like a pro " vids on youtube . Im not a new rider but i did learn some things watching them vids .

Bought my wing with used tires and rode it some , now im on new but not long enough to see who the wear goes . However my V start has 12 K on the orginal tires and they still look very good .

Yesterday i picked up a motorcycle accident , car turned in front of a HD ultra . I know the guy who was riding the bike . He was sent 60 miles south to another hospital for a broken neck .
