History
Ive only just got this wing, Its been sitting for 15 years. 39000km on clock and going by few tell tale signs it seem about right.
I had a 76 candy apple red wing when I was about 18. So im revisiting the machine that started my passion for motorcycles,
The frame is currently away at a frame repairer, cutting the lower right side part of frame away and replacing it. as existing filled with rust and quite a large section was very thin.
Once the frame is done I can get it powdercoated or painted along with allother bits..swingarm,radiator mounts, etc then get the rolling chassis sorted.
meanwhile, rebuilding and refreshing brakes, cleaning wheels, rebuild rear shocks,polishing rocker covers,belt covers, carb tops and manifolds, rebuilding carbs..the list goes on and on and on.

the plan for bodywork was to keep it naked, but the original owner has contacted me and advised that he has all the interstate bags and fairing for it so according to my wife....thats what its going to be..
