the 1100 units should work well . just be sure to plug the vacuum advance port . it not used on 1000.

get the right carbs..the 1100's work but do not give optimum performance and only the carbs from the right year will; all 1000's are different..but all will work.
Also the 1100's are most expensive to rebuild..four cut-offs.
