the seals in slave cylinder fail same as they do in the master cylinder, you have to search but slave cylinder repair kits are available.

when seal fails the hydraulic fluid will make it's way into the clutch basket and mix with the engine oil. Another possibility is the bleed valve is not sealing, although any leaks should become visible over time.
