Hi I've just gotten a hi tech fuel filter and it says the max fuel pressure is 10 psi does anyone know the output fuel pressure on the electric fuel pump on the 1200 g.w.?

That would depend.
If your model has EFI pump pressure is way above 10 and if carbureted is way below 10psi.

for carbs, the pump puts out about 3.5 psi.

for fuel injection, it is above 30 psi and probably closer to 50 psi.
been a long time since I looked.

this from a generic website:
Engines with fuel injection will normally use electric fuel pumps to supply the higher pressure demanded by the system. With port injection, the required pressure ranges from 45 psi to 66 psi.
On throttle body injection (TBI) systems, the pressure is normally between 9 psi to 18 psi.

Doesn't matter, the filter is inline before the pump so there is no pressure on it.
