Looking good.
What are the grinding marks on the 3 (6) lower spars?

They also look like there is a slight bend in them?

Hi Tricky

i messed up i made the wishbones (spars) to a size and spec that's used for a build your own sports car

when i come to use them the bottom wishbones were too long so had to cut then take a small section out and turn a solid steel slug up in my lathe to a tight fit in the tubes and weld them back up

The picture your looking at it prior to them being welded just tacked on one side

you'll see from this next pic that the lower wishbones have been fully welded and a 4mm steel plate has been welded over the top of them for extra straight as well as a place to fit the coil-over shocks

i turned some bushes to fit where the swing arm pivot bolts used to go

these bushes will enable me to secure the cage round the diff to the pivot points on the bike

theses tube will then be welded to the cage i hope your with me so far as im not real good with words lol

flat bar on this end so it will clear the drive shaft out put on the bike this will be drilled then bolted to through one of the bushes

one of the bushes in the frame

This picture shows you where i mounted the top fixings for the diff

i turend some buses to a tight fit where the shocks used to be mounted on the bike then i welded some more pipe to the bushes and to the top of the cage/diff

Okay I see you have lot'sa fabricating skill and tool's care to elaborate on. Is this at your home or workplace makes me jelous and I have a fairly well stocked garage out back
Wilf
Also I love the light wieght approch. seems most trike kit's have massive amounts of steel back there. Not shure why perhaps they use it for balast?
