Sorry it took so long to reply but we all know some time everyday life gets in the way.On April23/05 GoldWinger84 posted this linkhttp://pete-marge.us/Rebuild/or you can search Google under 1200A rearend rebuild.this is the info I used but ran into wheel well clearance problems when I tried to run a160/80/16 Dunlop and ride two up.I modified the rear fender still rubbed on the left side. In the articlePete has an 86 Aspy mine is an 85 may be different ?The only way I could stop the rubbing was to go to a 150/80/16 tire I chose the Metzler 880 Marathon and it workedI will try to send pictures but it would be better if whoever is interested in the upgrade tosend me a personal message and I will email you my phone numberso I can describe what have done to make this work for me.

Just out of curiosity, are you running OEM rear shocks? I was wondering if Progressive 416s which are a bit stiffer would have cured the tire rub when 2 up?
