Where do I hook up a air hose to air up my tires on the 1500? Can I make this hose, or do I have to buy one pre-made?

Thanks

The connection for the hose is in the right saddlebag, the key has to be in the park position to use. I guess you could make one if you have the stuff but there pretty cheap.

I went a little different route with my 1500. Since the Honda OEM compressors are quite expensive if you burn one out, I spent my $ 10 on a small compressor from Walmart that runs off my battery and already has the hose attached. It is about the size of your fist. If I run it until it gets hot and quits (or burns out), no big deal.

I have one of those as well, It's ideal for pumping your tires. The on-board compressor is fine for adjusting your suspension up or down but it is a pain in the a$$ trying to pump up your tires as you loose too much air with attaching and removing it.
You should be able to get one at any Wallyworld for between $10 and $15.
