Be the mad scientist.

SeaFoam is supposedly made up of the following ingredients: PALE OIL40-60%, NAPHTHA 25-35%, IPA10-20% (Isopropyl Alcohol).

Pale oil sounds like it would be a good for nothing inert, naphtha as a cleaner solvent (varnish), and IPA for water.

Just like making racing fuel but using a different formula.

I purchase it at AutoZone in San Diego. You can get it at most of the autoparts stores here in San Diego. Did you goggle it to see where it's sold. You maybe able to contact Autozone and get a case shipped to you.
