The starter doesn't crank, correct. Is the neutral light on? If not try cycling the reverse lever a couple times to make it light. Try starting with clutch lever pulled in. With the key on and CRUISE ON button activated does the cruise on light illuminate. Kill switch on? Does the headlight cut off when starter button pushed?
