Call around the local seat shops to see if they have dove bike seats.
Or you can get a new cover and do it yourself. There are posts on doing it.

I have a couple good stock backrests (passenger) in my storage and also a passenger backrest cover (stock) that was removed and replaced with a fabric type cover if you want to do it or have a local shop to put it on. I'll double check them later this morning that they are all for the 1500. I know one of the backrests are off my 99.
