Pull the rubber boot away from the painted trim and you will see three Phillips screws in the mirror mounting. One screw at the top, two at the bottom. They are a tad awkward to get to, you can bend the mirror fore or back on its swuivel to get easier access to the screws.
The rubber boot needs to be unhooked from the mirror trim ring, the boot just sits in grooves on the trim ring, once u have that done unclip the trim ring from the fairing. The mirror screws (3) should be visible once the boot has been moved, and to aid in the removal of those the mirrors flex forwards and back..Once those 3 screws are out mirror should come right off..
