The starter relay switch A is usually the one that fails first. There are very few problems with the starter relay switch B.I have tried to rebuild my 1500 starter relay. I unsoldered the coil leads from the contacts. Took it apart and found the "loose" contactis sandwiched between the contact attached to the power connection(battery or starter motor) and a swaged joint. I could not see a way to take the contacts apart without destroying it.
Is there a trick anyone knows todress the contacts?
