1800 Cooling Fans

I got a friend whos 1800 gets hot at low speed drill team practice. He has heard of a fan reversal mod, but has no details. Anyone shed any light on this? I told him to get a 1200 like mine.

Muck thru this site, for all kinds of mods, fixes. The fan reversal is the very first line, under "Prevention" Been thinking of doing that myself.
