Change the stator on my Goldwing, I was wondering which yellow wire goes to which yellow wire or does it even make a difference.

Connect yellow to yellow, then yellow to yellow, and then yellow to yellow. It's AC there.

When you connect the wires use a automotive style 3 wire plug, has heavier connections to handle the current loads better and saves the stator.

The best way is to eliminate the connector altogether. Solder the wires, heat shrink and tape them. Never have to worry about a burned plug again.
