Here you go folks. Called my electrician friend, asked him to bring over his Milwaukee ground rod hammer. We drove that froozen rusted Axle bolt out in 5 seconds. Neat Trick!

Suppose you could also drill out the center of the threaded end 1/8" deep, insert a worn out drill bit backwards, so you are not drilling anymore, and use a regular hammer drill to push it out... Great idea, I have a frozen upper engine bolt that won't bulge.

I used to "drill" in grounding rods into the ground with a hammer drill.
