1978 GL1000 for parts (possible rebuild)

It doesn't look pretty but I have a spare seat and belt covers that I could use on it. Failing that I could use it for a full set of parts for my 1975 (with 78 engine). What's it worth given that I would have to drive with a trailer 4 hours each way to get it?

In case you saw my earlier posts I didn't act quickly enough and the 82 Interstate for $800 is gone
