1981 GL1100 Thermo sensor / Fan sub wiring harness is a mess(Honda's partno 32104-463-000).... Just rebuilt carbs, reinstalled and synced. Runs fine but noticed fan didn't come on. So I hardwired fan, know it's working now. Down to needing to replace compromised sub-harness(chewed up badly in multiple areas). Can't find part on-line....Can anyone help me? Came to a screeching halt on this project. Thanks in advance!

You might get lucky at a salvage yard, but even then it will be old. You may just have to roll your own. Cyclemax used to have the multi pin plugs, but I don't see the 6 pin ones just the 2-4 pin. You might call them, they just changed the website and everything is mixed up. You can at least get the crimp on parts and re-use your plastic plugs.

Appreciate the input.. From the wiring itself, to the plug on the thermo sensor, it's all cracked6/shot. If the plug to the thermo sensor wasn't cracked, I'd attempt to roll my own:) Who knows, if I can't find one, I may have to salvage somehow what I have...Anyway, thanks again!

The thermo sensors are standard auto items. You can get the wire ends and plugs from Honda (cars) or MBZ uses the same type of plugs on older models, too. Then get the pins from Cyclemax to redo the 6 pin plugs and you'll be good to go.
To be clear, this is what you need to replace, right?

After market thermostatic switch will eliminate the need for any of that. I put one on my 1100 worked great never had any issues.
I also kept a toggle switch wired in as well as a back up, proved handy for colder rides when I wanted a little more warm air on my legs.
