I bought my Wing lasy July and rode it with just a few minor repairs all summer and fall on nearly a daily basis. There were some nagging problems that required attention but could wait until cold weather set in.

Repair and upgrade list:
  1. Replace and rebuild Front Forks
  2. Fix non-functioning Cooling Fan
  3. Replace Timing Belts
  4. Replace Valve Covers and Gaskets
  5. Replace Spark Plugs
  6. Replace Oil and Filter
  7. Replace Coolant
  8. Replace Air Filter
  9. Replace Fuel Filter
  10. Replace Windshield Accent with Chrome
  11. Add Wind Wings to Windshield
  12. Add Side Wind Wings
  13. Replace Side Engine Covers
  14. Change Clarion I System out for a Clarion II with Intercom and CB
  15. Add Headsets to Helmets
  16. Add on-board Compressor for adjusting Forks and Shocks
  17. Replace worn out Throttle Lock
  18. Clean and polish all Chrome
  19. Repair cracked Fairing
  20. Repaint and add new Chrome Parts and Accents
Following is a pictoral history so far.

Brakes are next and then the body work begins. LOTS of body work, mostly sanding but one very bad crack in the fairing.

Fine sand paper treatment completed today. I still have some fill work going but almost ready for the wet sand paper.

I ordered replacement bolts to attach my brake lines to the calipers. (lost the originals)

They won't be here until Tuesday. So, I will not be able to test ride this weekend as I had hoped. BUMMER!

So close yet so far off.
