i cleaned carbs and had her running good. i had a lot to do lately and i let her set for six or eight wks, now its missing on # one and three when its idoling, buy runs good going down the road. is there anything i can do short of pulling carbs? thanks.

Let it sit for two months...did you put a battery tender on it?
Could be an ignition problem if the 1 and 3 cylinders are not hitting. BTW how did you determine that?

i put an extra spark plug on the plug wire an layed it on the motor, started motor an the plug was firing, so i thought it had to be not getting gas.
