hi all

this place its very interesting and im sure i will find a lot of help from everyone here, i have only one question to start.
when i ride my goldwing for about 15 or 20 miles normal speed 55 or 65 after that if i open the gas cap it makes a sound like sucking air.
its that normal? because sometimes i feel like there is not getting enought gas the engine.

thanks

That's normal. But if it's excessive you might have a faulty cap. Try riding for a while with the cap loosened and see if it feels any better to ride, if it does then you have a faulty cap.

Welcom to the forum, hope you enjoy it here.

I really don't know if this is true but I practice it any way. I had been told that vent in the gas cap will not work correctly unless the cap is oriented with the GAS label towards thefront and right side up.
