Can someone confirm that the 1983 Interstate has coil springs inside the airshock? Tucker Rocky offers replacement coil springs for the stock Honda shocks. The replacements are made by Progressive. The fact that the rear shocks can be run with no air pressure leads me to believe that they do have coils but there is no mention of internal springs on the microfiche I have seen nor in the Honda Service Manual. I have seen the tutorial on replacing these springs on the 1200 but I would like to know for sure before I purchase these springs.

Thanks,
Andy
