1983 GL1100 Interstate parts or all

Howdy, y'all. I've got this GL1100 Interstate I need to sell so I can pick up the 1000 I need to complete my project. All of the Interstate stuff is there, bags, carry away trunk, radio antenna and mount, in dash cassette player, good seat, side covers, false tank, even the windshield looks like it would polish up nice.
All the cables are good, but the carbs are locked. Engine is complete, but locked.
I'd like $150 for the whole thing, but I'd take a reasonable offer. I'll also deliver it anywhere in the Odessa Midland area of west Texas.
