I have a 1985 Goldwing Limited which was running fine after a alternator conversion. I added a poorboy alternator conversion because of a bad stator. I restarted the engine to check out the voltage output, belt truing and coolant leaks, every thing was running fine. I shut it down and put on the lower fairing and tank cover. I tried to restart it and the Fuel System Light came on after trying to crank it. I could smell gas, checked for spark and there wasn't any spark. The ECM has 2 codes - w steady with 2 and 3 flashing and the second code is w steady with 0,1 and 3 flashing. My manual doesn't have the second code listed. I tried finding the GR and GL connector figuring it might have come loose but I can not find the connector. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Those sensors are located on the back of the right head. Follow the wire loom up. You should find the connector under the coil(s)

I believe so. Just enough to lift the coil pack out of the way.
