Welcome RookieWinger! You'll need to take the bolts out of the intake pipes at the heads and then you can swivel them up to give you some room. Pull the hoses up from the head with the fittings too. The water pipes need to come off too so make sure you have your radiator drained. They are in with o-rings so just pull them out. Fuel line off, throttle unhooked and you should be able to pull them out the left side with some twisting. Pull them out a little and unhook the choke cable under the front left side. There is not a lot of room so try to hold up the hosed and fittings under the carbs so they don't catch on everything coming out. It's not hard to do. Make sure you get all new water pipe and intake o-rings when you rebuild. Paul
