My 1985 LTD Goldwing will play loud for a few minutes then fade down really low i can't figure out what the problem is any help will be greatly appretiacted.

even if it standing still i think i fixed it this afternoon it must have been in the mute button

Hi
I have the same problem from time to time, and have found out that it's some bad connections in the mute botton (in the box on the handlebar where the mute is mounted). Just knocking or pressing on this box helps me. Have to do something with it during the winter....
