REMOVED HANDLE BARS AND EVRYTHING NEED TO GET TO MAIN STEERING NUT TO TIGHTEN. HAD TO PULL WIRING HARNESS THAT RUNS THROUGH STEERING COLUM TO GAIN ACCESS TO STEERING NUT. MADE STEERING ADJUSTMENTS AND PUT EVRYTHING BACK ON. AFTER COMPLETION TURN SIGNALS WILL NOT WORK,FLASHERS WORK BUT NO TURN SIGNALS. ALSO TURNSIGNAL LIGHTS ON DASH DISPLAY DOSENT WORK. ALS NO CRUISE CONTROL. LIGHT INDICATES CRUISE IS ON BUT CANT SET THE SPEED DESIRED WITH BUTTON. ANY IDEAS WILL BE WELCOME. THANKS BILL

Welcome to the forum... did you check to make sureall that needs to be groundedis well grounded?

Welcome to the forum wgc433. If they were working fine beforehand, then common sense suggests that you disturbed or broke a couple of wires. I would be inclined to use a multi meter to check for continuity on all the wires running through the bars, that way you will find the breaks easily.
