Measure the voltage during cranking. Very common for the 1500 to crank but not start, or only start when you let off the start button.

Check for power at the coils.
Coils are under the shelter, PGs are at the front crank sprocket.
There are two coils and two PGs so not likely you would lose all spark from either of those, only half.
More likely a power or ground problem or a bad ECU.

If the starter spins the BAS is working.
The BAS closes relay 6 which provides power to the start button and the kill switch.
