On start up when the bike fires I am hearing like a relay clicking sound (5 or 6 tome) from somewhere in the front to mid part of the bike. The bike has done this since I bought it a year ago. Now the bike runs find and everything works, do any of you have an idea what this could be

Does the clicking go away after the bike is warmed up?... if so, check the chrome nuts that attach the header pipes to the engine block... they frequently loosen, allowing an exhaust leak that sounds like that. Once warmed up, the leak stops.

fuel pump tends to make that noise around the center right of the bike, the pump is on demand, and only kicks in when needed, so if its intermittent its probably what it is.

He has a 1500, not the same as a 1200.

Anyway there are no relays up there but there are the air jet solenoids which may be what you are hearing, don't worry about it.
