OK< Apparently i have not fixed this problem. Now, the #2 fuse blows as soon as the bike is started. The #10 fuse only blows when i try the blinkers.
That is really odd, the #10 fuse shouldn't have anything to do with the turn signals, only the hazard flashers. #2 on the other hand does a lot of things.

OK< Apparently i have not fixed this problem. Now, the #2 fuse blows as soon as the bike is started. The #10 fuse only blows when i try the blinkers. I jumped the fuses out to try to force the issue to show itself. Everything works fine except the left blinker and the hazards, or emergency flashers. I have taken off the seat and a good bit of the plastics trying to located the issue, but with no luck. Does anyone have a wiring diagraham in a PDF file they can send me so i have a diagraham? Any help would be appriciated. Thanks.
Here is a color wiring diagram for the 94 1500. Yours will be almost identical.

James McC. I sent you a private message, look at the square with your avatar in it at the top right, there should be a red dot, click on the square and then conversations.

i think i found the problem. 2 relays under the trunk have burn holes in them. Hope this is the problem, and not a result of another problem.

Yes they are. The local Honda shop is trying to see if they have them.
A little searching found that the part number for the relays are 38301-MG9-681 and will set you back about $50 each from Honda.
On eBay, I found a set of two for $12.99 under Item number 184803990723.

The Honda shop ordered them for me. About 42 bucks each. I hope this was the problem and not a side affect of a different problem. Thanks for the help and information.

Installed the 2 new flashers. Left turn signal wouldnt work, fuses are fine until i hit the hazard button. Blown fuses again. Completely take the bike apart. Finally found the issue. In the upper control box where the hazard swith is located, there is a metal clamp holding a piece of plastic over the solder connections. It had worn thru the plastic and was touching a wire and the screw head was touching the handle bar. small piece of tape and problem is gone. Bike is back together and put about a hundred miles with no issues. 20210520_121630.jpg 20210520_121637.jpg 20210520_121646.jpg 20210520_121656.jpg
