I just posted to show it can be bought from Honda. PZ is just the easiest place to find something.

Most interment suppliers are charging high shipping lately. That's why I suggested the dealer. They order directly from Honda and may be able to add it their other orders.
You could also try Wingstuff. Shipping over $99 is free. Just add a few oil filters or other merchandise to get free shipping.
