Corpus, based on post #4, I assume all four lamps are working. Please remember we cannot see what you see so the better you describe the problem, the better we can help. The dial adjuster will adjust all four lights up or down the same amount. The lows and highs cannot be adjusted independently. If the high beams are set correctly, I find it strange that the low beams can be aimed down that far. Looking up under the front of the fairing, there is a white nylon adjuster, hexagonal, 10 or 12 mm on each side that is used to adjust the left or the right pair to match up with the other pair. Remember the low beam cannot be adjusted independently of its high beam so if you use this method, you may put the high beam into the trees.
A question comes to mind, have you recently changed the low beam lamps? If so, it is possible they are not seated correctly and that is the reason they are aimed down so far.
