2008 gl1800 wiring HELP

So guys to start I got this crazy 2008 Honda gl1800 trike and it's a beauty but it's in pieces and I need to rewire the entire harness was removed. So I got a new harness and started wiring it up but there a few connectors here and there I cannot figure out so I'll upload some pics and I hope someone can guide me on the right path. I'll upload some more pics of the wires I need help with .

Well, there's your problem,
too many wheels.

Not all the connectors may be used. Some are for add-ons like the CB, the aux power and audio in the front left pocket.

Is the replacement harness from the same year and option level? If not, you are going to lose a lot of hair! Are you using the 08 Honda service manual for the routing or just winging’ it? If not, more hair loss and trouble down the road. Is this a brand new harness or pre owned?
