I put Fiamm "Freeway Blasters" on my '93, used a relay on them. Vetter fairing on the '80 has GM car horns in it, really loud, sounds like an old Chevy. Got a couple air horns that were on my GL1000 when I got it back in '02, it had no compressor though. Might put them on the '93 if I can find just a compressor.
He could probably find GL1800 horn set at a scrap yard somewhere if that's what he wants... I have the original horns from the '93 sitting on a shelf in the garage. Don't know how they compare with stock GL1800 horns though.

It may be a good dealership, or individuals working out of their garage...don't matter as long as the skill is there.
For me, I need someone I...
So here's a new idea. Let's just post what we did - and if ya did nothing, maybe this thread is inspiration for you to do *something*.
I'll kick it off.
I took the GL-1200 to Barnes and Noble - looking for a magazine for my wife. (yeah, I'm cheating, it was yesterday, but hey - it's 7am here.)...

This young gentleman from Nova Scotia is only 100 y/o now.
Looking through a drawer today, found a buckle I forgot I still had.
I bought it in a antique shop in NC in the late '90s just a couple years after buying the '85 GL1200A that was Vintage Red.
We had rode the 1200 down the outer banks and came back home inland through SC - NC - into Va.
