Looks easy to install. Looking for real life feedback on increased MPG, or performance. Especially at freeway speeds. Anyone dissatisfied with the results?

Thanks.

Feed back was always mixed on this. Idling became erratic fora start and I don't know if you can still buy the wheel new. Lots of vendor stopped stocking them because of complaints.

More trouble than they are worth. I know of about 8 people who bought them around the same time. Within about a year 6 of them had took them back out (extra poke at the top end, but at the expense of reliability, bad idling, spluttering) and gone back to the stock setup.

Apparently only good for 88 and 89 1500's. Apparently in 90 Honda improved the low speed drivability problem.

I put the 4 degree wheel in my 88 and it did improve the low speed drivabilty. I think I could actually use the 6 degree wheel, as my bike has no sign of detonation even with low octane fuel.

I saw little or no improvement in mileage. Maybe .5 mpg.
