Buy or download a manual.

Timing belts top of the list. 60k miles might not be a lot, but the age of them would be more critical unless you know they were replaced already.

timing belt eh, sounds expensive! Anyone have an idea of cost? I know, it would be cheaper than a new engine when it breaks right....

Besides installing new timing belts and checking your tensioners, your brake/clutch/rear drivefluid should be replaced every 2 years , along with a rad flush and new non-silicate coolant every 3 years. Inspect/replace your air filter and install a new fuel/sub and cruise element filter, if they haven't been done recently. Inspect/replace brake pads

Timing belts are about 25 or 26 dollars a peice.
You will need two.
Takes about 2 hours to change them.
I would recomend gates belts.
Plugs, air, and fuel filters.
Carb sinc also.
Good luck
