Last year my son wanted to get his first motocycle. The more we talked the more I wanted to get back onto a bike. In the mid 6 months I got into two of them. I now own a 1986 Honda Magna VF700c and a 1986 GL1200 SEi. I am sorting them out and finding/fixing the issues. Both did not handle as I remember my previous bikes handling. The Magna's handling improved A LOT with new tires. I am refitting the GL with new tires this weekend. I hope for the same results but the snow will put off the road test...
This forum has really impressed me. It sure seems to me that Goldwing owners and riders are a different breed. There seems to be real interest in the bikes as well as the other owners. Genuine concern and quality help are the norm. I hope that I can contribute at a level equal to the standard I have seen so far.
