my father passed in may and i have inheireted his wing(1975),this thing is in next to mint condition,the only problem
I can find is the left turn signal doesn't work,but the right one does,I've checked all the bulbs and they are good anyone know where to start looking.All help appreciated.

thats right neither front or rear left side work

I'd look at the switch in the handlebar control housing and work backward from there.

A good place to look would be Goldwingdocs forum they have many of the wiring diagrams available. Here's a copy of a diagram if you can read it. I don't know if you can enlarge it and be able to read it though. Check Goldwingdocs when they get back on, right now their site isn't up.

Allways check the bulbs first , and then for +12volt and proper ground in the lamp .

I'm sorry I neglected to post that I found the problem,for some reason my dad ran a wire from the rear left signal straight to the front left signal,by passing the harness under the seat.I rewired the rear to the harness and plugged the front back into the loop(harness) in the fairing,all is well I now have turn signals.Thanks to all for your advise.
