The carb have been rebuild and recheck. Air valve rebuild and recheck. timing and valve recheck. Good fuel pressure, good spark. At a loss what causing it. The carb are sync.

The bike run rough at idle after 1500 run good but no power. Compression is good and equal.

sounds like a lack of timeing advance . check out the mechanical advance unit unde the point plate . they get dirty an rusty some times. there is no vacum advance on that year bike. only 80 up had vacum advance . this is assumine that you have not picked up some trash in the idle side of the carbs. that could also be it . hope this is of some help to you .

thanks never thought of the avdance, and had the carb apart checking for dirt nothing. I also did a complete clean of the gas tank so there should had not been anything there but never hurt to check.
