Hi just found this one.
It seems from your discription that the wheels are aligned as there are no reported bad behaviours when riding.
That leaves the handle bars. Could they be bent! this would give the impression that you percieve when riding. Take them off and put then on a level floor. The three points should touch the floor i.e the bar tips and the bottom clamp piece. If one tip is off the floor there you have it.
There is one other long shot and that is that the forks are twisted in the yokes. Not that hard to do by accident as the top and botton are able to move seperately. Try loosening up all the clamp bolts with the bike on a centre stand and with the wheel braced in your legs try to twist back the other way. Check the way the leg sit in the top yoke by sight and they sit flush all round the top of the yoke.
It is difficult to see it being the tubes unless your steering is mis behaving while riding.
