I dont understand why the brakes would suddenly have a problem after a tire change . Did you pull the wheels or take it to a shop ?
Either way to me it sounds as though you need more brake bleeding . I would continue to bleed the front system . Once you feel you have gotten the air out at both the calipers Then I would pull the handle in to about a quarter inch of the bars and tie it in that p[osition overnight . That procedure seems to let tiny bubbles work back up into the master cyclinder . Hopefully you will get a few more ideas soon .
