I took my hobby out for a ride yesterday during a break in the wet, cold, miserable weather. Every time I ride, I appreciate the quality of this machine a little more. The comfort and power must be experienced to understand why I will never ride anything but a Wing.....During my ride I noticed my volt meter not charging like it should.....when I arrived home it would not crank...(battery weak)....Thanks to this forum, I nonchalantly went straight to connector by battery, (3 yellow wires) the connector was toast. I removed connector, soldered wires directly, and she is fertile with electricity once again.....Sometimes this forum takes away my enjoyment of figuring stuff out myself, but that is a small price to pay for the wealth of info availabe on this site.
