82 GL1100 Interstate

I am mounting a on board compressor, lines , gages etc that I purchased off Ebay onto an Interstate that had only the basic air shock system (put air in at fromnt fork and air in at the rear shock)



Does anyone have any pics of the fittingsat the front forks and rear shocks were the air lines hook up? and any pics of the lines at the gage would also be good.

Should have pics in the manuals. I'll check tomorrow when I go out to the shop.


I went ahead and checked the pdf version of the manual and it does have pics and diagrams of both the 82 and 83 systems, which are different from each other. So which year bike did the system come off of?

Bagmaster, you know I can not remeber I bought it around the first of the year, but think it is from an 83. I will see if I have some old paper work in the box it can in.
