so a 82 gl1200 on ebay. somebody tried to correct him and he said he had the title and it said it wasan 82 1200. Just wondering....

Not unless someone swapped motors. 1200's from 84-87. Seller states title says 1200, which is probably true, but you can tell the DMV anything and it will show up on the title. It's an 1100.

that's what i was thinking....the guys seemed offended when asked to make sure it was not an 1100...it showed me how much he knew about the bike.

There's lots of idiots in the world. If you keep a list, you can generally get it pretty well filled by the end of the day.

I looked over the pix. It look like an 1100 engine too.
