Just to make sure I am not missing something----I am putting on a newly painted rear fender and I have the two bolts installed that go thru the frame horns and I see on one side of the fender is a long ( 4-5 inch ) tongue. Does this slide into something I am not seeing? With just the two bolts, my fender can see-saw and I am sure that is not correct? Any veteran assemblers got any ideas????

it just kinda acts as a stop up against the plastic inner fender. jb

There should also be a tab on the trunk rack that the fender bolts to.

I just remember it was a pain to line up the fender, frame, bag brakets and the bolts.
