The only things Left on the bike are the motor and swing arm/ final drive. Do I have to remove the swing arm Before the Motor or will the motor separate from the "drive shaft" with out removing the Arm? I'm totally winging this one with no Manuel and I need to get her tor down and inside before it gets any colder and I definitely don't wont to make any stupid mistakes rushing it.

If you remove the rubber sleeve, there is a circlip that holds the driveshaft to the engine. Remove the circlip, slide the driveshaft to the rear, and you can remove the engine. you don't need to remove the swingarm.
